What Truva is

Truva Storybook ("Truva", "we") is a service of Truva Aspire that turns a child's photo into an illustrated storybook — read on screen, printed and delivered, heard as an audiobook, watched as a short film, or coloured in. These terms apply to the website, the studio and every order placed through them.

You must be an adult to open an account or place an order. A parent or guardian uploads the photos and owns the books made from them.

Your account and your credits

Making a book in the studio spends one-time credits that come with every account and can be topped up in the shop. Credits never expire and never reset; they are not money and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

One free account per household. We may close accounts that abuse the service, generate harmful content or attempt to bypass its limits.

What you buy

Every offer is per story. The digital book unlocks that story's downloads (the PDF, the pictures, the audiobook) and lets its share link play the voice. The printed book adds a copy delivered to your address in Lebanon. The film and the coloring book are add-ons to a story. Credit packs top up your account.

A copy, a translated edition or a sequel of a story is a new story: it needs its own purchase.

Prices are shown in US dollars and include what we owe on them; delivery is one flat fee per order, waived above the threshold shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe on its secure page; we never see or store your card number. Cash on delivery is available for printed items.

The pictures and the words

The illustrations, text, voices and films are generated for you by AI models from the photos and ideas you provide. You may use them for personal, family and educational purposes — read them, print them, share them with family. Reselling books made on Truva, or using the service to make content about people who have not consented, is not allowed.

Generated art is not perfect. Retakes are yours to make in the studio; a printed copy is checked by our team before it goes to print, and reprinted at our cost when it arrives damaged or misprinted.

Delivery

Printed items ship anywhere in Lebanon. Printing takes two to three working days and delivery one to three more; we confirm by phone or WhatsApp before a courier is sent. Extra copies ordered together travel in the same parcel.
