The photos you upload
A child's photo is the most personal thing this service touches, so here is exactly what happens to it. The photo is uploaded over an encrypted connection and stored in our private storage. It is sent, with your story's text, to the AI image provider we use to draw the character and the pages, and is not used by us to train any model. It is shown only to you — and to our staff only when you ask for help with a book or commission us to make one, for a limited, logged period you can see and end from your settings.
You can delete a character's original photo at any time from the studio; the drawn character stays. Deleting a story or an account deletes its pictures from our storage.
What else we keep
Your name, email address and phone number (whichever you gave us) to run your account and reach you about orders. Your orders and what they unlocked. For a card payment, Stripe keeps the payment record; we keep only its reference. Delivery addresses stay with the order they were for.
Books you share by link are visible to anyone with the link, and the link counts how often it was opened — no names, no addresses. Feedback you send from a printed book's code is tied to that book.
Cookies
The site sets one functional cookie: the language you chose, so the next page and the studio open in it. There is no advertising cookie and no tracking; if analytics ever arrive, this page will say so first.
Your rights
Ask us any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you — from the studio's settings, or by writing to us. We answer within a working week.
