Digital books, films and coloring books
A digital purchase is delivered the moment it is paid — the downloads unlock right away — so it cannot be returned. If something is wrong with what you received (a file that will not open, a film that did not render), write to us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund it.
Printed books
A printed copy that arrives damaged, misprinted or not as ordered is reprinted and re-sent at our cost — send us a photo of the problem. An order can be cancelled for a full refund until it is sent to print; after that, the digital half stays yours and we refund the printing and delivery when we can.
Credit packs
Credits are added to your account the moment a pack is paid and cannot be refunded once any of them is used.
How refunds are paid
Card payments are refunded to the card, through Stripe, within a few working days. Cash orders are refunded in cash or by transfer, as agreed with you on WhatsApp.
